Terms of Service

These terms govern the services provided by KA Holdings (NW) Limited (Company No. 16499695, registered office: 1st Floor Waterside House, Waterside Drive, Wigan, Lancashire, WN3 5AZ, United Kingdom). By engaging our services or using this website, you agree to these terms.

1. Our Services

KA Holdings (NW) Limited provides group management, corporate oversight, business planning, operational coordination, group administration, and strategic development support to its subsidiary and associated businesses, and selected advisory services to commercial partners. The scope of any engagement is set out in a written agreement between the parties.

2. Engagement & Payment

Advisory engagements are agreed in advance in writing, including deliverables, timelines and fees. Invoices are payable within 30 days unless otherwise agreed in writing. Late payment may attract statutory interest under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.

3. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Either party may cancel a scheduled advisory session or engagement by giving at least 48 hours’ written notice, in which case any fees paid for the cancelled session will be refunded in full or credited against a future engagement, at the client’s choice. Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice may be charged at up to 50% of the session fee where preparation costs have been incurred. Where an engagement is terminated mid-project, work completed to date is invoiced pro rata and any prepaid fees for work not yet performed are refunded within 14 days.

4. Complaints

Complaints should be raised in the first instance with the executive office by email at service@kaholdings.services or by telephone on +44 7585 114013. We acknowledge complaints within 5 working days and aim to resolve them promptly and fairly.

5. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Otherwise, our liability in connection with any engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
